Prime Mayfair Building

Our client undertook a significant development project in prime Mayfair, redesigning the existing property to a mixed-use commercial and residential building. Upon completion of the works, the client approached IPCA Group to refinance their existing lending and negotiate extremely competitive rates.

The team assessed the property, as well as the client’s income and background, and approached several banks to negotiate the clients desired terms. Whilst the property was not fully let out at the time, the team worked with several lenders to assess the potential income and secured terms based on this hypothesis.

Due to the clients ultra-high net worth background, the team were able to secure lending on a ten year committed facility for the commercial property.
