IPCA Group assisted a client who was looking to venture into the senior living sector. Whilst the client was not experienced in senior living developments, they did have a background in property development.

The team negotiated with various lenders to achieve 70% lending on the project’s Gross Development Value. Through assisting the client with multiple planning complications, the team managed to complete the transaction promptly.

The client completed a total of 77 apartments and has a fantastic new asset to add to their portfolio.
